On the night of October 23, residents of the 39th microdistrict in Aktau blocked the road and demanded that the city's akim, Abilkair Baipakov, come out to them. The townspeople complained about the lack of heating in their apartments. Lada.kz writes about this.
According to residents of the Zhanaozen city residential complex, the developer company is just talking empty talk.
"We are tired of promises. [They] tell us that we will provide heat tomorrow. But we are freezing, the children are freezing. We are in despair. [That is why] we decided to block the road so that the mayor would hear us," said one of the residents of the house.
The publication writes that Akim Abilkair Baipakov came to the residents. He listened to their complaints and called those responsible to account. Akim Baipakov also asked people not to block the road anymore.
A representative of the developer K7 group was also present at the meeting with residents of the 39th microdistrict. Residents expressed their dissatisfaction with the activities of this company, as well as the quality of housing construction and the facade.
"The contractor was given specific instructions. The developer company promised to fulfill its obligations. Residents also raised the issue of the debt of the OSI for housing maintenance for consumed gas," the press service of the Aktau Akimat reported.
