Sergey BIRKLE is known in Kostanay as a person who not only understands sports and writes well on this topic, but also as an artist with a good sense of humor. The mentioned international competition was called "New Year's Card Festival – 2025". It collected 750 works by 270 cartoonists from 42 countries.
