According to the city akimat, 435 houses live in garden communities year-round. The emergency services' inspections conducted in October, on the eve of persistent cold weather, revealed faulty stoves, clogged chimneys, and dilapidated electrical wiring in many of them. The akim of Kostanay gave instructions on this matter.
