Information about this appeared on the official Instagram account of human rights activist Aitbek Amangeldy. According to him, the page was created to publish all relevant information on the case of the murdered Sherzat. Amangeldy emphasizes that the family did not announce any collections.
Earlier, Aitbek Amangeldy organized free legal assistance for the family of the deceased. Three lawyers and human rights activist Saida Taukeleva joined the case.
There are now almost 13,000 subscribers on the page dedicated to Sherzat. Their number is growing by the minute.
In the video attached to the publication, Amangeldy spoke about what happened today in Talgar. According to him, he and Taukeleva have been there since early morning. He also emphasized that the issue of providing the family with housing should be resolved by Monday.
"We arrived and met the family. I met Sherzat's father, Karzhaubai Nurymov. There is security at their house now, ensuring their safety. We also went to the fire site today, examined everything that was there, and talked to the experts working on the site. After that, we had two meetings with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the prosecutor's office. The investigation is in full swing, the work is in full swing. There is not enough time even to share information. The family has not announced any collections or collected money in connection with the fire. The regional and district akimats have promised to help with temporary housing. This issue should be resolved by Monday," Amangeldy says in the video.
What else is known
The human rights activist notes that no one was hurt, but the family's personal belongings were in the burnt house. The title deeds for the house and a Koran were found in the ashes, which "somehow survived the fire."
Regarding the fire itself, Amangeldy believes that the probability of spontaneous combustion is “low.”
"We cannot state now what it was. But no one lived in the house for seven days from the moment of Shirzat's murder. It is unlikely that it was spontaneous combustion. The investigation and examination will announce the reasons. Subscribe to the page we created. We will keep you informed," Amangeldy concludes his speech.
Let us recall that on the night of October 4, 16-year-old Sherzat Bolat died from a knife wound in Talgar. A criminal case has been opened. Seven people have been detained on suspicion of murder, and the court has sanctioned them with a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of two months.
