The Kyzylorda court considered a criminal case on the fact of repeated pimping with the involvement of a minor in sexualized slavery. This was reported by Informburo with reference to the court's press service.
It was established that the defendant, knowing that the victim was underage, "repeatedly attracted her to prostitution" in order to obtain material benefits. It is noted that the defendant's guilt was proven by the protocols of the inspection of the scene of the incident and the confrontation and the testimony of the victim.
The prosecutor asked that the defendant be found guilty and sentenced to four years and six months in prison.
The victim's representative said that she had forgiven the defendant and asked that the term and type of punishment be left to the discretion of the court.
The defendant's defense attorneys asked for her acquittal.
The court recognized the defendant's having a minor child as a mitigating circumstance. According to the court, there were no aggravating circumstances.
“The court found the defendant guilty and sentenced her to four years and six months in prison ,” the court said in a statement.
The sentence has not entered into legal force.
Let us recall that the schoolgirl from Kyzylorda was in sexual slavery for six months and was subjected to physical and psychological violence.
