In Aktau, a drunk driver crashed his car into a hole. As a result, the car overturned. However, the man was not injured and did not want to seek medical attention. He was handed over to the police, who drew up a report on an administrative violation. Lada reports on the situation with reference to the press service of the Mangistau regional ambulance service.
According to the portal, everything happened in the 31A microdistrict of the city, near the residential complex "Tynysh". It was there that the hole dug by the municipal services was located.
The reasons why the driver ended up in it together with the car are still unknown. They helped to free him from the car and hand him over to the doctors, but the offender refused to go to the hospital.
“Law enforcement officers charged the driver under Article 608 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated with alcohol, drugs, and/or toxic substances, as well as transferring control of a vehicle to a person intoxicated with alcohol, drugs, and/or toxic substances),” the publication writes.
Now the offender faces 15 days of arrest and a seven-year suspension of his driving license. The portal notes that the case materials have been transferred to court.
Earlier in the Almaty region, a driver hit four people and fled. The accident occurred on November 14 in the city of Yesik, on Altyn Adam Alleyasi Street. A 16-year-old girl was hospitalized from the scene of the accident. She died on the morning of November 15.
