Kostanay Region has launched a search for a teenager born in 2011 who left home to go fishing on the Toguzak River at around 4:30 p.m. and never returned. Despite the prompt actions of rescuers and volunteers, a tragedy could not be avoided, the Kostanay Region Department of Emergency Situations reports. The teenager's body was found and raised to the surface.
