The head of the architecture department of the Sarykol district, Dmitry KHOLODILOV, drove a car while intoxicated, for which he served 15 days. The disciplinary case is being considered by the ethics council of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Kostanay region on November 15.
